Old Hard Slow Traditional Approach (Why hardly ANYONE in the gym looks in shape)

Back in 2011 when I first saw a holiday photo of myself. I was shocked - I had let myself go without even realising it.

 So I hired a personal trainer and followed the traditional way of ‘no pain no gain’

😓 I Trained super intensely in the gym 5 times a week.

😓 I Choked down the same bland "superfoods" daily.

😓 I Burned through cash on personal trainers, overhyped supplements, & gym memberships

But my results were mediocre at best. I thought I just didn't have the genetics..

I can thoroughly recommend the Fat Loss Guide, it's the opposite approach to everything I've tried previously (and failed) No Pain No Gain was how I thought people got in shape but these simple body rhythm based strategies requiring small steps, connecting with nature, low intensity cardio.
